Step into the shoes of a biathlete in a race of unbearable suspense. There are 3 levels of play: casual family fun, tactical play among friends, or even strategic play among experts.
This World Championships edition includes 2 biathlon tracks: the training track at the Multivers Stadium and the Swiss track in Lenzerheide where the Biathlon World Championships will take place. Created using 3D technology, these 2 tracks offer an exceptional game board with precise relief rendering and a perfect reproduction of the landscape.
Description
Choose their characteristics, rather very good at shooting or very good at skiing, unless you prefer them to be good at both disciplines. Each type of biathlete has their own movement die.
Build your race to surprise your opponents. You have energy cards that allow you to make a difference on the terrible climbs to drop your competitors. But this reserve is not inexhaustible. It is highly likely that the fate of your race will be decided on the shooting range.
Prone shooting or standing shooting, with or without wind, you will have to choose for your biathlete between a fast but risky shot or a more deliberate and safer shot. Two strategies very different but which can both prove to be winning. Because each missed bullet will make you lose a lot of time on the penalty loop. It is up to you to choose the one that will prove to be winning before making the final lap, with the other biathletes in pursuit.
